Crossover Translations is run by Liz Cross, a native speaker of English with over 10 years of experience in translating and editing texts from Dutch into English. Liz has also worked as an interpreter since 2004.

Approach

Crossover Translations takes clients' needs seriously. Clients must be able to rely on translators to meet their deadlines and keep to any agreements that have been made. We also know that accuracy and finding the right tone to convey the exact meaning and nuance of a text is of vital importance.

All texts sent to Crossover Translations are translated by a native speaker of English with years of experience of working as a translator. If working for a client directly (i.e. not via a translation agency) all texts are sent to another native speaker or specialist for editing before being sent back.* The best translations are made by a translators with knowledge of, and affinity with, the subject of the text being translated, so we concentrate on the following specialisations: law (contracts, agreements and general terms and conditions); history; tourism; art and culture; HR and employee assessment; digital photography; market research; environment, human development and sustainability; general commercial or editorial.
